1. Your agreement with us

Scanner’s Honor is provided by Essence of Bliss LLC. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and contract with Essence of Bliss LLC. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

2. Receipt review and refund requests

The service lets you record purchases, transcribe receipts, track prices, compare evidence, prepare refund requests and record outcomes. A lower price at another store or through a different channel does not establish an overcharge. Verification requires matching store, location, date or advertisement window, item, size, channel and promotion terms. Community reports support discovery only and are not proof.

Review all receipt transcriptions, calculations and letters before relying on them. Retailers decide refund requests; we do not guarantee a refund or recovery. Scanner’s Honor does not provide legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

Basic is a limited $0 plan with two refund letters per month. Pro Monthly is $9.99 USD per month and Pro Yearly is $99.99 USD per year, with unlimited refund letters. Applicable taxes and the total charged are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected billing interval unless cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal and access continues for the paid period, subject to applicable refund rights.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Acceptable use and your content

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, fabricate evidence, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, probe security, scrape the service, bypass limits, or interfere with other users. Do not use receipt transcription to create illegal content, deceptive impersonations or deepfakes, hateful content or malware, or attempt to bypass AI safeguards.

You retain your rights in your inputs and uploaded evidence. You must have permission to upload them and are responsible for input instructions, verifying transcriptions, and your use of any output. To the extent we hold rights in outputs created for your account, we permit you to use them for your own receipt review and refund requests. You grant us permission to host and process your content only as needed to provide the service.

We may reject inputs, restrict outputs, remove unlawful or infringing material and suspend repeated infringers. Rights holders may send takedown complaints identifying the material and their rights to our business address below.

5. Intellectual property and accounts

Essence of Bliss LLC retains ownership of the service and its software, documentation and branding. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it, not ownership. Keep your account credentials confidential, provide accurate account details and do not resell access or circumvent technical restrictions.

6. Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI transcription may be inaccurate and requires human review. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Contact and changes
